Where to use it
Safe for unwaxed, unoiled, polyurethane-finished wood floors. High gloss shows dirt and imperfections more readily than a lower sheen, so careful floor prep matters. It is a polish, not a cleaner.
How to apply
- Move furniture and rugs, then vacuum or dust mop the floor.
- Clean the floor thoroughly and let it dry. Polish applied over dirt or residue can turn cloudy.
- Rock the bottle gently for 30–60 seconds. Do not shake it.
- Pour the polish directly on the floor in an S pattern and spread an even layer with a microfiber applicator pad, working in small sections with the grain.
- Let it dry. Light traffic in socks is fine after 1–2 hours; wait 24 hours before normal traffic, furniture, rugs and pets.
Tips
- Test a small, out-of-the-way area first.
- Do not spread it too thin, and do not dampen or rinse the pad while you work.
- Do not put polish in a spray mop, spray bottle or bucket.
- Reapply every 2–4 months, depending on traffic.
- Use within one year of opening.
