Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, including original packaging.

Returns that arrive damaged, used, or not in resellable condition may be refused or subject to additional fees.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Bailey Flooring Supplies will provide an approved return shipping label for all authorized returns.
The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund.

Customers may not use their own return label unless approved in writing.


FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via standard ground service.

If a free shipping order is returned:

  • The actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from the refund

  • PLUS the cost of return shipping


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Finishes, stains, adhesives, oils, or chemical products once opened

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items


TEMPERATURE & PRODUCT LIABILITY NOTICE

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of many flooring products (including finishes, adhesives, and stains), returned items must not be exposed to freezing or excessive heat.

Products that are damaged due to improper storage or return transit conditions will not be eligible for refund.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Free shipping orders are shipped via standard ground service

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Carrier delays are not valid grounds for return or refund


RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied depending on the item and condition of the return.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Deductions may include:

  • Return shipping cost

  • Original outbound shipping cost

  • Restocking fee (if applicable)

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is received.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered:

  • Original shipping cost will be deducted

  • Return shipping cost will be deducted

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility prior to purchase.
