Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Shipping method is selected based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Destination

  • Efficiency and delivery time


Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are shipped via standard ground service.

  • Delivery time is typically 1–7 business days

  • Some orders may arrive sooner depending on location

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

👉 Free shipping does not include expedited or priority services.


Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

Bailey Flooring Supplies is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Expedited orders will ship faster, but delivery dates are still not guaranteed

  • Carrier delays may still occur outside of our control


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery if required.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges

  • This includes reshipment fees if the package is returned


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors or the delivery location

  • Contact the carrier directly

We will assist with filing a claim if needed, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and product

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Freight & Large Shipments

Large or pallet shipments may require:

  • Liftgate service

  • Scheduled delivery

Additional instructions may be required prior to shipment.


Important Notice

We do everything we can to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, once an order leaves our facility, shipping times are handled by the carrier and are outside of our control.
