The Mirka 916GVMF Multifit Backup Pad is specifically designed for use with 6" Galaxy Multifit discs. Optimized for superior dust extraction during primer sanding, it's ideal for collision repair and marine applications. The backing pad comes with a custom Multifit Pad Saver, which acts as a protective layer between the backing pad and the sanding disc. The pad saver extends the life of the backing pad by preventing wear and tear during continuous, aggressive sanding (9956-MF, also sold separately).
