Loba 2K Invisible Protect A.T. is a two-component water-based finish for hardwood floors that looks and feels like natural, untreated wood. It is non-ambering and self-sealing, so no separate sealer is needed, and Loba recommends it for residential and high-traffic commercial areas.

How to apply
- Mix 10 parts base to 1 part hardener. Use the mix within 2 hours.
- Choose your system: 2 coats with the Loba Deluxe 120 Roller, or 3 coats with the Loba Micro 120 Roller.
- Recoat after 4–6 hours. Sand between coats with a 180–220 grit perforated pad to take down grain raise.
Do not apply below 55°F (13°C); Loba recommends 55–80°F and 40–75% relative humidity. Do not thin or add water. For professional use.
Where to use it
On wood and cork floors in residential and high-traffic commercial areas. Do not use it on floors with a UV-cured, oxide-containing factory finish.

Do I need a sealer or primer first?
No. Loba describes Invisible Protect as self-sealing; the finish goes straight onto the sanded floor.
How much do I need?
For the 2-coat Deluxe 120 system, plan on 325–375 sq ft per gallon per coat: about 3 gallons for 500 sq ft. For the 3-coat Micro 120 system, plan on 400–500 sq ft per gallon per coat.
