Return & Exchange Policy

At Bailey Flooring Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our premium hardwood floor finishes and tools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Opened Products: Due to the nature of floor finishes and stains, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite your claim.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened floor finishes, stains, or primers
  • Custom-mixed or special-order products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
